We offer comprehensive, custom-made solutions for every Landlord

Typically, letting a property begins with an assessment of the premises. One of our agents carries out market research in order to calculate an accurate estimate for the rental and suggests any works necessary to present the property at its best (cleaning, decorating, furnishing etc.) – so as to attract the right tenants.

Subsequently, we discuss your particular requirements, such as the type of tenants you want, the length of the contract and other related issues. You are also advised on necessary requirements that every landlord has to comply with such as electrical, gas and fire and safety regulations (we will happily take on all formalities, including arranging the gas certificate and the energy performance certificate if needed).

When your property is ready for the viewings we arrange for pictures to be taken and start marketing your property on our website and portals such as and

During the viewings all the applicants are accompanied by one of our agents. It is our aim to present your property in the best way possible and negotiate the best deal for you. We also conduct all the security checks of the applicants and check every reference.

Once the applicants met your criteria and you are willing to proceed we move on to the next step and prepare a Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, including any specific requirements you might have. Most tenancies are drawn up for a period of twelve months, some have break clauses. We will be happy to discuss the pros and cons of different time periods with you and if you are considering a full property management service, you will find more information here.

Our staff is fully qualified on the various legal aspects of letting and they have considerable practical experience. They will be happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding the letting process.
